This is a week for all winter sport lovers! At least in Europe it’s been snowing a lot and there are great possibilities for all kinds of skiing. Besides – the World Championship Competitions in cross country skiing and ski jumping have started in Liberec. Also the WC in biathlon is going on in South Corea. What does a sporty girl (or boy) do these days? Of course, she lays on the couch sipping a Knutsteiner or two, smoking a cigarette and cheering her favourites! That’s what I call an active way of life! Well, it’s a very comfortable way of life anyway….
As you notice I’ve attended Herr Knuti’s Fitness Center with very good results!
There will be many new world champions in many different disciplines but there’s someone who is the champion in all categories: the one and only Turbo Knuti!
Hello everybody! It’s been snowing a lot in Bärlin the last few days and I’m really enjoying my right element!
I usually start my day by stretching and jongling with my Aussie Dog. I highly recommend this activity to everybody. You may not be as skilful as I am but I’m sure you’ll find it very funny!
You people are always sweating and training and being so stressed…for me it all comes naturally. That’s why I’m such a happy bear with good health! You really should learn to enjoy life – not live it following all kinds of schedules!

As you all know I’m a very innovative bear. I’m trying to figure out how to make this snowboard into a pair of skis…
Hmmm….I wonder if I should use this board for the half pipe or the big air….
Sporting is great fun but nothing compares to a nice nap now and then!
Remember – Life is too short for fussing and sweating!!!
Thank you Mervi and Viktor for this wonderful window into Knuti’s world. Is it my imagination or it Knuti a little rounder on the rump region than he should be? He is delightfully triangular looking when up on his hind legs which distinguishes him from Lars and other males. Umm…um…perhaps a more veggies, carbs and some more rounds on his treadmill can rectify this small imperfection on an otherwise perfect ursine specimen? Dunno, just asking.
Knuti, it’s so good to see you having such a jolly time…and setting such a good example for the rest of us. II seems that some of your disciples are learning well and taking it a step further, adding a cocktail and a cigarette to the fun!

I fully agree- the best exercise is the natural way of living- no stress, plenty of rest, and active play whenever possible.

Ah one tiny imperfection noted should not arouse his ire while he still has time time to do some workouts at his fitness centre. After all he is being groomed for romance and the continuation of his celebrity life in the years ahead. Our boy must be on top of his game moreso since Lara’s unexpected betrothal to the bland Bill leaving the pool of available polar bear ladies even smaller. I still can’t believe that Knut would lose Lara to Bill – I can understand a Roberto or Dimitri or Lars or John Paul, but Bill??
