Välkommen till Sverige. Wilbär!

After a long journey – 1800 km! – Wilbär arrived yesterday afternoon in Orsa. He has spent his first night in a cave by himself but today – if he feels like it – he’ll be making acquantance with another enclosure (not visible for visitors). Since Wilbär is a curious little bear he most certainly wants to explore his new surroundings as soon as possible. So far Wilbär hasn’t shown any signs of looking for his mother.

Unfortunately Orsa hasn’t given any information about Wilbär’s arrival but luckily Wilhelma has continuous informaton on their website. Orsa has promised to publish newsletters but so far there isn’t any

    I am relieved that Wilbar arrived safely. Thank you Mervi. I needed this assurance. I am looking out for any updates on the young rascal. I hope Orsa is ready for him – word is that he’s spoilt rotten by doting keepers and Corinna.
