I remember the story of the guide dog leading his master out of the WTC tower on that terrible day. Truly inspirational. And rightly you also pay tribute to the rescue dogs who were on duty, I remember reading about their paws being lacerated from the debris. How wonderful these creatures are, all dogs who help us, at earthquake sites, or leading the blind, also those who work as therapy pets and assisting people with disablities. God Bless them all.
