Liebe Freundinnen, Liebe Freunden
Ich bin sehr traurig. Meine Liebe Oma Lisa setze ihre Tatzen auf Regenbogen-Bruecke. Mein lieber Papi kam ihn zu holen.
Ich wusste, dass sie sehr muede war, aber ich wusste nicht, dass sie so schwer krank war. Meine tapfere Oma. Sie war immer so froh und gluecklich, als ich ihn besuchte.
Ich bin sehr dankbar .Meine liebe Freunden, Flocke, Gianna , Raspi, Ewa und Wilbär sind mit mir.
Ich hoffe, dass meine liebe Oma keine Schmerzen nie mehr hat.
Danke liebe Oma! Ich habe Sehnsucht nach Dir.

Dear friends,
I’m very sad today. My beloved Grandma Lisa has gone over the rainbow bridge. My Daddy was waiting for her and that gives me great consolation.
I knew Grandma was very tired but I didn’t know that she was seriously ill. Now she hasn’t pain anymore.
My brave Grandma – she was always so merry and happy when I visited her.
I’m very grateful to have my dear friends Gianna, Flocke, Raspi, Ewa, Wilbär and many others with me.
Thank you for everything, dear Grandma. I miss you so much.

Don’t be sad. Your beloved grandma Lisa is beyond pains now and your Daddy is taking good care of her. I’m glad to know you have your good friends to comfort you. You have always been such a brave boy. Your Daddy and your Grandma are very proud of you.

Dear TBM, I cannot do otherwise but repeating how glad I am for having you around. You always find the right words for us and for Knut. Indeed, Oma Lisa will not be forgotten since she brought us Lars and his wonderful son Knut. I hope to meet you again in April.
Knuti- Grandma Lisa was a brave lady and she didn’t want any of us to know that she had cancer. I realized she was slipping away weeks ago because I saw it all around her but still I wasn’t ready for her passing. As I mentioned to Auntie Caren, that’s when I stopped teasing her about her stern demeanor. And yet she kept herself going long enough to come to you in Berlin.
We all know she is now busy ordering everyone around in Rainbow Land and bringing love and laughter to them as she did with us. You are a brave and beautiful bear who carries Lisa’s blood and spirit in him and by loving you, we continue to love her.
Dear Knuti, thank you for expressing yourself here! Your Oma Lisa did a good job being your grandma and taking care of your daddy Lars. He is a fine bear and of course YOU are his treasured son. We all share your grief but know that she is in the very best hands now.

At least she does not have to suffer anymore… Seeing the latest pictures of her, it becomes clear how hard she had to struggle in the last months…

The story is very sad, considering every aspect of it. At least now she is well out of it, + no human influence can torment her anymore.
