Her energy makes me tired!

Dear friends! I’ve been very tired lately. Are you wondering why? Well, let me tell you why. It’s that Giannadonna from Munich – she’s driving me crazy with her energy!!
When I come out of my cave in the morning I like to have a nice nap but what does she do? Mamma Mia (as you notice I’ve learnt some Italian already) – she starts jogging!! What kind of start of the day is that?
Then she starts examining the whole enclosure. I don’t know what she’s looking for. Somebody – might be papa Lars, because he’s got lots of experience of ladies – told me she’s checking that there’s no dust in the corners…. Poor me, maybe she will ask me to clean the place. What a horrible thought!
She doesn’t even leave my garden alone. No, she keeps on wandering around and sometimes gives me that ‘you really could use the lawn mover’ look. I try to ignore her – politely but firmly!
While I’m napping and only occasionally casting an eye on my visitors…hmm, our visitors…. she keeps on moving and makes me look like a lazy bear. A lazy bear – MOI??? Let me tell you that I’m very active when I feel like it. Usually I feel like it by the feeding time. Maybet it has something to do with the fact that a growing bear needing lots of calories?
When she finally stands or sits still she starts staring at my neighbour. What does she see in him anyway? Not that I’m jealous but I’ve been told that I’m a very cute bear so she could stare at me instead.
There’s one thing that makes me FURious! She keeps telling me I should have a bath more often to keep my fur white. I think my fur always has a very interesting colouring and it’s part of my image so why should I change it? Let her boast about her white, fluffy fur – who cares!!!
Hehe – I must confess, though, that mostly I find her presence very cosy. Especially when she’s having a nap. By the way – you must admit our prophiles go well together….
Finally some peace and quiet. I hope she’ll be sleeping when my personal comes with my lunch. She loves pumpkins but that’s another story….
I hope you understand now that I’m not at all lazy – I’m just tired by watching Gianna running around and keeping herself busy all the time. I bet you would be tired, too! Now I really need a ‘nickerchen’!

Great story so reflective of Knut’s easy-going personality and Gia’s hyperactive ways. Actually Knut should know that in recent tests, researchers found that highly intelligent and creative humans ( by extension bears?) spend more time sleeping that those of average intelligence. There is a direct correlation between sleep and intelligence.
Knuti is beginning to look more and more like Lars and Lisa but still so incredibly cute. Gia is gorgeous and becoming more so with her poise and confidence. Thanks so much.

thank you so much for the nice pictured story. Well it is similar to human life when one has lived on one’s own for quite some time and then a lovely and beautiful girl is suddenly there and one has to share everything. Especially when the young lady is so active as Giovanna is. I wish you to get even more accustomed to each other and enjoy life together.
