HERR ZAR RASPI FEIERT 2. GEBURTSTAG
- Herr Zar Raspi, ich sehe, dass Du sehr eilig bist. So viele wollen Dich gratulieren, aber hast Du ein Paar Minuten frei?
- Da, natuerlich
- Zuerst will ich herzlich gratulieren. Alles Knutes zum Geburtstag.
- Danke
- Ich habe gehört, dass du nach Antibes umsiedeln willst. Stimmt es?
- Da, es stimmt.
- Darf ich fragen, warum? Du hast hier in Nuernberg ein sehr schönes Villa mit Eisprinzessin Frl. Flocke?
- Liebe Frau Teddybärenmutti. Du weisst ja, dass ich multitalent Kuenstler bin. Letzten Zeiten habe ich gemalt. Ich habe gelesen, dass in Antibes ein besonderes Licht ist. Licht ist sehr wichtig fuer Kuenstler. Auch Herren Picasso und Matisse malten dort.
- Was sagte Frl. Flocke dazu?
- Natuerlich war sie zuerst im Schock. Sie liebt so viel Aquapark, unsere Fans und unseres Personal. Sie wollte hier bleiben. Aber ich erzählte, dass ich nicht ohne Frl. Flocke malen kann. Sie ist meine Muse.
Ich , hmpf, verdiene momentan mit meinem Kunst sehr viel.
- Du brauchst nicht mehr Frau Tante Caren´s Kreditcard?
- Sicher nicht. hihih. Ich habe in Antibes ein schönes Villa gemietet. Ich mache mein bestens, dass meine liebe Muse Frl. Flocke dort sich wohl fuehlt.
- Noch eine Frage. Wie feierst Du heute dein Geburtstag?
- Am Morgen meine liebe Eltern und meine Bruder telefonierte von Moscow. Am Tage ist hier “öffene Tueren” und am Abend im Bärenkrets. Mit meinen lieben Freunden. Hoffentlich haben sie alle viele Reden vorbereitet. Wir Russen lieben Reden.

HERR ZAR RASPI CELEBRATES HIS 2. BIRTHDAY
– Herr Zar Raspi, I see you’re in a hurry. So many came for gratulation, but have you got some minutes?
- Da, certainly
– First of all I like to say Happy Birthday. All Knutes for your birthday.
– Thank you
– I heard you’re going to move to Antibes. Is that true?
– Da, that’s right.
– May I ask you why? Here in Nuremberg you have got such a nice villa with Iceprincess Frl. Flocke.
- Dear Frau Teddybärenmutti. As you know, I am a multi-talented Artist . Recently I have painted. I read that in Antibes there is a special light. Light is most important for artists. Also Herr Picasso and Herr Matisse painted there.
– What did Frl. Flocke say?
– Of course, she first had a shock. She loves Aquapark, our fans and our personnel. She wanted to stay here. But I said, that I cannot paint without Frl. Flocke. She is my muse.
I , hmpf, earn a lot with my art at the moment.
– You do not need Aunti Caren´s creditcard anymore?
– Definitely not. hihih. I rented a beautiful villa in Antibes. I do my best for Frl. Flocke to feel well there.
– Another question. How do you celebrate your birthday today?
– This morning my beloved parents and my twinbrother called from Moscow. During the day we have “open doors” here and in the evening together with the bears. Together with my dear friends. I hope they have prepared a lot of speeches. We Russians love speeches.

Danke für dieses Interview.Ich freue mich unendlich,daß aus dem kleinen Bären,der ein Bild für Tante Caren malte,ein so begnadeter Künstler geworden ist. Natürlich muß er nach Antibes,und dort seine große Karriere fortsetzen.Wie gut,daß Frl .Flocke ihn als Muse begleitet. Wir werden von diesem Shootingstar am Künstlerhimmel noch sehr viel Schönes sehen und hören.

You are both fortunate to have been granted an interview with this great budding artist. I hope France is big enough for his talent and vision. Russia has lost it’s most gifted son to Germany and France. But then such genius talent was never meant to shared only with one country…it belongs to the world!

Dear TBM, many thanks for your interview with Raspi. Actually, we are all very lucky people that you have such a good relationship with him. As a result, we all can discover a lot a little sweet secrets, which in other circumstances would have remained locked and therefore unknown to us. You really found the key to the young guy’s soul.
Dear Caren, sometimes I am wondering whether I have to apologize to you for ever advising Raspi that he could use your credit card. But in the end, I know, I don’t have to. He made good use of it as long as needed, but he never exaggerrated (since by then, you were broke !!) and now he is earning his own daily bread as everybody can see. But bear in mind that my lovely Patatje is having more talents than only drawing or painting. Maybe soon, we will all discover another talent.

What a wonderful uplifting interview with our birthday boy! TBM — your stories and interviews are always a delight. I have been trying to put into words why I enjoy your stories so much. Then, there in the Knuipe appeared the right words–in one of your posts to Annemarie you said “you always write so lovingly.” That is what you do–write so lovingly [and with great sensitivity].
