Yes, my friends, it’s MOI!! Oh, I’m so excited because I know many of you are coming to Bärlin to celebrate with me. This time it will be something very special – I’ll have the great pleasure of introducing my friend Gianna for you!
I’m a big boy now but I remember my first birthday and as you may have noticed I still have the birthday candle in my moat. I wish there will be a cake for me this year, too but the most important thing is that you, my dear friends, will be there. Of course, I don’t mind receiving gifts but I understand it’s a bit difficult to take for example big pumpkins in an airplane so I suggest you raise money at Joe’s where you’re having a party in the evening. This money brings great pleasure not only for me but for my neighbours in the Bärenhof as well. We always look forward to seeing Auntie Gudrun and her ‘bollerwagen’!
Just like last year I had a chat with Herr Bürgermeister and ordered a red carpet in front the entrance to Joe’s. I hope you’ll notice this little, chic detail.
My great pal Viktor has promised to organize an online party for those who can’t come to Bärlin. Isn’t that great!! I’m sure we’ll have a splendid time together. See you soon!

I have your birthday invitation in hand, and I am pre-sending my very best birthday wishes for your 3rd birthday! It’s hard to believe that so much has been packed into these last 3 years, most notably the passing of your dear Papi. It’s so wonderful to see familiar names dropping in for the upcoming celebration. The story of Knut is an unfolding one, and it seems there is always something new of which to take note. I hope that the weather cooperates, that the right clothing gets packed, especially those Knuti scarves, and that Joe’s will be taking good care of the patrons.
