Now that is the way to celebrate a birthday for a Very Important Polar Bear!! A lot of effort went into making the cakes just right and the package with the edible string is very innovative! Thank you for the delightful photos and commentary of Ewa and Wilbar at Ewa’s party. They are obviously having a great time!!

Dear Anders, many thanks for providing these pics to Mervi and as such to us too. WAW, Ewa has a great party and how nice of Wilbar to help her opening her present and eating her cake. One mus timmediately admit, these bears are loved and are lovely. I also have the impression that Wilbar is now in the middle of his “tutu” period (read well-filled belly and fluffy fur, like Knut was at that age).
And please, more of these pics and stories. We adore it.

These photos of Birthday Girl Ewa are just precious, especially with the little narrations giving us the inside scoop on what those of you close to these bears know what they are thinking
. I am grinning from ear to ear at the sweetness of the story. I’m particularly taken with the shot of the well-mannered Ewa’s first response to her cake, as she gently checks it out. To know that Ewa has a special preference for the elixir of fish oil probably guarantees her a most lovely coat. I also like the shot of Wilbaer trying to sneak himself onto Ewa’s cake, and Ewa appearing to give him the stink eye! Much detail went into providing a great deal of pleasure for the bears and those viewing. We definitely await another installment.
