Bear wrestling and politics

Hello friends! This time I’m going to tell you about our wrestling sessions. La Donna often thinks she’s a female Hulk Hogan and challenges me. I may have mentioned before that I’m a very clever bear but it deserves to be said once again. After reading what I have to say you’ll agree with me!
The snow gives wrestling a whole new dimension.
I think this move is called a half-Nelson…..
Sometimes we forget all about wrestling and start dancing. There’s nothing like Wiener walz to the tones of The Blue Danube!

Don’t you run away!
We used to have arguments about who was the winner but of course, I’ve found a great solution to that little problem. I established some new rules and the most important is that we now have two categories: one for females, one for males. We always win our categories – we are both the champions!
Don’t you think this idea could be used in politics as well. I mean if everybody was a winner nobody needed to be so concerned about his/her personal prestige. Instead of having political parties competing we could have some ntelligent, empathic people who would think of the best for the mankind in the whole world.
Dear Gianna – what do you think? Should I run for the presidency in the European Union? Or maybe in the United States. I know I have many electors, hmm, I mean fans there…..
My dear Knuti – I don’t care about politics! For me you are the King of this enclosure and I’m perfectly happy to be your beautiful, snowy queen.
Although I’m a very humble bear I’m convinced that even Winston Churchill himself (and in my opinion he was a smart, jolly good fellow) would think I was made to be the Prime Minister of UK!
Dear Knuti – I’m sure you would be the best president ever in whatever country you would choose but remember – then you would have to leave your cosy enclosure and your fans in Bärlin. You must understand they would be very, very disappointed if you left them! And me!!!
I understand but if I were the Bundeskanzler – then I could stay in Bärlin….
Well, maybe politics isn’t for me anyway…. I love my life just like it is. I really have to do some thinking….

There’s something to be said for pheromones between these 2 bears ~ they are continually nuzzling and checking each other out, exploring those pheromones. The scents must be intoxicating, only an inkling of what is to come

Dear Monika, many thanks for the pics and the videos. I was amazed by this Girl Power. While watching them, I understood why you all found the courage to stand there in the cold and snow. Most probably, I would do the same and accept the frozen hands and feet.
