9.1.2010 with a wonderful video!

Hello friends! This time Auntie Doris has taken some photos of La Donna and me having ‘small’ battles about MY toys. Believe me – it’s not easy to see her taking all my toys just like they were hers! However, I’m a very clever bear and know now how to cope with this delicate situation.

She only forgets my toys when she sees Jürgen … not that I understand what she sees in him….

She even pinches the smallest twigs!

Here we go again!

She thinks she wan the battle but let me tell you a secret…..

Because I really like to cuddle with La Donna I have my special strategy….

I LET her win! Papa Lars told me that whenever a lady says ‘I want’ the two most important words a man has to know are ‘Yes, dear’ and that’s what I always tell Gianna. When she wants something I let her have it…..

While she’s happy playing with the toys I can have some peace and quiet and have a nap!

‘Yes, dear’! – Hehehee…. she thinks she wins the battles and I can dream sweet dreams!

    Thank you for bringing Knuti, Gianna and their winter world to us non-Berliners! The lovely photos and the marvellous video made me feel like I was standing by their enclosure looking like a sheep in love. That’s how I look when I’m in the zoo Bärlin….

    A little trouble in paradise? Lovers’ tiff? Knut had better learn who is dominant in that relationship and he should do so quickly if he knows what’s best for him. Gianna is one lady, I wouldn’t want to upset or cross.

    I l-o-v-e your stories about how you figure things out, especially La Donna’s toy playing. I learn something from you every time I tune in. I mean, after all, whose toys are those? The end 4 photos say it all ~ you are TOO cute ~ with your upper paws airborne and your bottom toes crossed ;-) . Also liked your video, you’ve got spunk.

    Once again you gave Knuti your charming ‘voice’.

    Thank you for this simple but appearently working advice: “YES, DEAR!”
    One can use it in what ever direction it is useful at the moment: man towards woman, woman towards man, child towards Mum etc.
