Mar 2020 • Solo Emirates really do put some effort into their business class lounges and leave many other airlines and their lame lounges for dead.

1. The Emirates business class Lounge in terminal 3 in Dubai occupies the entire level and is impressive.
2. There is an excellent selection of food and drinks, there are prayer rooms, study workstation areas, several rest areas where you can lie down on a contour banana lounge-style couch with a blanket and have a sleep.

There are also plenty of bathrooms and there are showers also available. There are several food areas with a variety of culinary dishes on offer including in the area that says Western food and Middle Eastern food, an area that serves Asian food, and another area that has international cuisine.

• Each of these areas help yourself.
• There is a reasonably good selection of alcoholic beverages available where a game and I’m about of other airlines a cutting back and putting cheap quality Spirits out, Emirates definitely does not do this and provide a reasonable selection of good quality drinks.
• There is plenty of seating and numerous separate areas where you can relax and unwind and I even have a gentleman walking around offering to polish your shoes or clean your gym shoes, (at a cost).

The Emirates business class Lounge is fairly similar to the first class land which I have also experienced the major differences in the first class Lounge you have A la carte dining, which is not available in the business class Lounge. A really good experience and you can easily spend three or four hours here relaxing and trying the different foods and drinks.

Food and drink choices were good, and the size of the lounge means that if you want peace and quiet there is probably going to be an area away from everyone else. Just a shame that Emirates proved to be an airline that couldn’t cope when they encounter problems! However, the C gate lounge is awful.

When we arrived it was so busy that we thought we wouldn’t find seats. The seating is very uncomfortable and tightly packed so that it is difficult to move around. The lounge is very tired and urgently needs an upgrade, particularly when compared to the amazing lounge at at A gates. Not a pleasant experience.

Having visited the Emirates lounge in FCO and JFK, our experience at the Concourse A lounge was a huge let down, the employees were inattentive, food was bland and dry, we had to walk around the entire lounge to find an empty table and it was dirty, the only thing we could enjoy was a cappuccino and the wrapped dates, I don’t understand how people are charged $150 for access and our plane tickets were in the thousands, so we expect another level of service.

Transfers v from Sydney through to London the queues gif transfer was enormous but moved quickly. I then found I had at the lounge I was leaving from terminal b but they suggested I stay in that lounge as it was bigger.

Having queued gif a shower I found waiting time of 45 mins would mean I wound have to run to flight. So against there recommendations I went to lounge B. I had to wait 10 mins for shower but it was far less busy than lounge in main terminal. Emirates you need more staff, more showers and toilets! People don’t have time to queue after 14 hour flight that’s why we pay crazy money.

Shidah C West Malling, UK 101 contributions Dec 2021 • Family Due to the current covid guidelines the driver turned up on time then told us another car was needed as there were 4 of us ( us and our 2 children) despite having the information at booking.

We declined the other car as that would severely impact our arrival time to the airport. Once the initial shenanigans were over we headed to the lounge in good time for breakfast as lunch on board will be 2-3 hours after departure. The selection was limited.

There were 2 stations – Asian and Middle Eastern but they were duplicated menu. Food was basic and underwhelming, croissants/ pastries were not freshly made or maybe once from supermarket with a maximum expiry date. A business class lounge but does not reflect the food provided. Mar 2020 If you meet the requirements, you should definitely visit the Emirates Business Lounge at Terminal 3, which is right at the end next to the First Class Lounge on the upper floor of the terminal and can be easily reached either by lift or by escalator.

1. You arrive in a large reception area, where there are a lot of counters with the service staff, where the passengers are received and checked for access.
2. The size of this business lounge is really huge, after the entrance area you come to the lounge area, which divides it into several areas with many room dividers.

Many lounge chairs, benches and table groups can be found there, depending on your needs. There are some buffet stations that are very well distributed on the whole level, you get starters, hot and cold dishes, desserts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and the selection is really very good and the quality of the dishes is good.

There is also its own ice station and dessert / cafe stations. A very nicely laid out coffee house area with good coffee offers can be found immediately after access to the business lounge. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. In some showcases and boxes there are international and national daily newspapers and brochures, monitors with the latest news can be found everywhere.

Here is a really pleasant offer of comfortable seating and smaller relaxation areas with 2 beds each, there is also a separate play area for the children. The toilet and shower facilities are very well maintained and very clean. A really pleasant lounge with every comfort, which has a lot of separate and quiet areas where you can prepare for the next flight or just relax a little.

Oct 2021 • Family Considering how big this lounge is, it’s completely useless at offering what you actually want. Considering that for at least 12 hours out of 24 is likely that passengers may want to rest, the area with reclining seats is tiny. Completely full and nowhere for us to be able to nap at 2am.

They also decided to close all the toilets at one end for cleaning at the same time so was a 10 minute walk to get to the loo. Unless you’ve bought ticket for lounge just for food/ booze it offers nothing a business class passenger wants.
