Terve! Hello! It’s me – your pal Sisu writing to you again. I’ve been told that the Summer should be here now but I’m still waiting. I hope it will come by bus or by train because that kind of travelling is more environmental friendly than flying. So I’ve heard! The Summer can leave the flying to the birds!
Of course, I must tell you how proud I am for the Finnish ice hockey team that won the WC 2019! As you may know I’m a faithful supporter.
I have hired a special agent to look for the Summer signs …
While I’m playing in the water my friend Agent Wolverine is spying. Did you know the wolverines are excellent tree climbers?
Sisu, the mosquitos are coming ….
….. just kidding! 🙂 They come later in June. We don’t bother us but the two legged creatures aren’t so happy about the tiny vampyres.
As you can see the trees are turning green now but I can’t see the Summer bus yet.
Thank you, Agent Wolverine for the Summer bulletine! Luckily this information isn’t classified so I can make it public.
Now I show you what a big fish I ALMOST caught in our pool. It was this big!!
OK, maybe I’m exaggerating a little but I caught something anyway.
I even found a nice half eaten apple! I hope you notice my elegant table manners.
Balancing an apple on the paw takes a lot of concentration!
Hmm, maybe I should eat this now ….
It still smells very ‘appleish’.
Yammy, yammy!
I love to play hide and seek with the keepers and the visitors. It’s so funny to hear them calling me when they can’t see me.
I make it a bit easier ….
Now you can freely admire me!
As usual I like to present some of my co-inhabitants in the park.
Malla is wondering if she woke up too early.
I still feel quite sleepy!
But because so many visitors have come to see me I really must stay awake.
The deer calf is very cute. The mother is changing the Winter coat to the Summer coat so she doesn’t look very presentable for the time being. Don’t you worry, mama deer, soon you will look gorgeous!
What a beauty! Did it jump out from a fairy tale book? 🙂
This swan couple is very much in love!
I think the utter looks like a crumpy cat but he’s a merry little fellow.
Bye bye for now! I hope to be back soon with all my friends!
Knuti’s Weekly wishes all the animals and their keepers a happy Summer time!
